CEO, Founder

Daman Wandke, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Wandke Accessibility. Beyond his role at Wandke Accessibility, Daman is greatly involved in the disability community. As someone living with a disability, Daman applies his unique perspectives on accessibility to create effective consulting practices for organizations aiming to be more inclusive. On top of his life of disability advocacy and entrepreneurship, Daman is an avid traveler and bicyclist.

Lead Technical Consultant

Aaron, who lives in Everett, Washington, received a Bachelors in Computer Science from Western Washington University. He enjoys cheering on cheering on his favorite baseball team, the Seattle Mariners, whether it be from home or in person. Much of his free time is spent listening to music and playing the bass guitar.

Administrative Assistant

Emma Taylor is a student at Western Washington University pursuing a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Journalism PR. She took a class at Western taught by Daman about Disability Diversity in Mass Media which she would recommend to everyone. In the long-term Emma is interested in working in Human Resources. She also enjoys listening to audiobooks and is a big TV and movie person.
